Conditions de réclamation et de remplacement :
- Toute réclamation doit être effectuée dans un délai de 30 jours après réception de la commande.
- Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé si l’accessoire a été utilisé.
- En cas de casse due à un défaut de fabrication, des photos précises du produit endommagé doivent être envoyées avant toute demande de remplacement des pièces concernées.
- Un cours acheté est valable uniquement pendant l’année civile en cours. Passé ce délai, il ne pourra plus être reporté ni remboursé.
