Requirements for your video session
- A physical companion present throughout the session — no exceptions
- Outdoor location, windless, in daylight
- Phone fully charged and mounted on a tripod, filming you continuously
- Stable Wi-Fi connection (box, not mobile data)

Note: the Level 1 certificate is not awarded via video session. No refund is issued in the event of a connection failure on the student’s side.
