What you need to know before ordering

A bespoke commission does not follow the same timeline as a catalogue item. Some pieces require a technical drawing in Fusion 360 before any cutting or welding begins — an essential step to validate proportions, mechanical constraints and overall feasibility. This design phase is part of the work, not a preliminary formality.

Raw materials are not always held in stock. Depending on what your project requires — a specific steel profile, a particular kevlar width, custom fixings — supplier lead times add to the fabrication schedule. The earlier you get in touch, the more time there is to do the work properly.
